The Stephen G. Terrell Recreation Center indoor playground transforms the lobby and reception space into an immersive, interactive play environment. Set directly beneath the iconic elliptical rotunda ceiling, the play structure’s towers rise dramatically, peaking at 40 feet above the floor. Enclosed catwalks and bridges connect the towers, enhancing the structure’s three-dimensionality and encouraging exploration at multiple levels. A bridge from the towers leads to a play deck situated atop the first-floor party room, expanding the playground’s footprint even further.

At ground level, age-appropriate play features are thoughtfully positioned within clear sightlines of nearby seating areas for parents and guardians, ensuring supervision and peace of mind.
