As part of the family friendly upgrades to Miller Park for the 2018 Major League Baseball season, Soft Play and the Milwaukee Brewers collaborated together to create the Aurora Health Care Kids Zone. The new attractions include a small clubhouse with child-sized stairs to climb up, a mini-maze with life-sized baseball cards for photo opps, a large soft-foam Brewers baseball cap for children to play on, an oversize baseball, and a sliding Bernie Brewer for toddlers to climb over.
The new Kids Zone is a perfect way for Brewer-loving parents to introduce their kids to baseball. By renovating the play area with a baseball theme, the Brewers have created a younger fan experience that is memorable and allows an entire family to attend a Brewers game together.
Kid friendly environments draw more families into stadiums by making the stadium a prime location for a true family outing, allowing fans with young kids to stay longer in the stadium, and building relationships with future ticket buyers.
